STUTTGART, Jun 13 (SW) - Welcome to SoccerWay.com's live coverage of the World Cup Group G match between France and Switzerland.

FULL-TIME
A disappointing match has come to an end, as France and Switzerland hold each other to yet another draw, after doing the same twice in qualification.

90th minute +3 - Switzerland booking
Booked: 9 - Frei
Frei could have scored from a right-winged free kick, had it been with his head. Instead, he tries with his hand - and misses -, and is yellow carded.

90th minute +2 - France booking
Booked: 19 - Sagnol
Willy Sagnol is cautioned for a foul on an opponent while Switzerland wait to take a free kick.

90th minute
Dhorasoo tries a low diagonal shot but the ball goes just wide of the left post.

89th minute
Zuberbühler fails to catch a Zidane free kick, but is helped out by his defense and the ball is cleared.

84th minute - France substitution
On: 8 - Dhorasoo
Off: 11 - Wiltord
Wiltord slightly injured himself in that action two minutes ago, and is substituted for Dhorasoo.

82nd minute
Wiltord only just fails to get his foot to a pass from the back, and goalkeeper Zuberbühler collects.

82nd minute - Switzerland substitution
On: 5 - Margairaz
Off: 8 - Wicky
The experienced Wicky is taken off and Margairaz comes on for the last ten minutes.

75th minute - Switzerland substitution
On: 2 - Djourou
Off: 20 - Müller
Arsenal defender Johan Djourou enters the pitch for Patrick Müller.

72nd minute - France booking
Booked: 10 - Zidane
The grand master himself is booked for taking a free kick before Ivanov gives permission.

72nd minute - Switzerland booking
Booked: 7 - Cabañas
Ricardo Cabañas gives away a free kick with a foul on Sagnol, and is yellow-carded.

70th minute - France substitution
On: 14 - Saha
Off: 22 - Ribery
Domenech leaves Trezeguet on the bench and replaces Ribery with Manchester United striker Louis Saha.

66th minute
Substitute Daniel Gygax almost scores, heading on goal after a long cross, but Barthez saves and France survives.

64th minute - France booking
Booked: 3 - Abidal
Erik Abidal is the first French player to be booked for a foul on Ludovic Magnin.

56th minute - Switzerland substitution
On: 10 - Gygax
Off: 11 - Streller
Offensive move for Switzerland as Streller is taken off for another forward, Daniel Gygax.

56th minute - Switzerland booking
Booked: 23 - Degen
Philipp Degen is booked after being fouled by Zidane. Apparently it is because of another foul, on Zidane, a minute earlier.

56th minute
France are the dominant side in the opening phase of the first half, but not much is happening as the Swiss defense looks solid so far.

46th minute
The second half starts in Stuttgart and no changes have been made.

HALF-TIME
A somewhat confusing end to this first half due to referee Ivanov's actions. Both teams created chances, more for France than for Switzerland, but neither scored.

45th minute - Switzerland booking
Booked: 16 - Barnetta
Tranquillo Barnetta is next to be booked, following a foul on Vieira.

42nd minute - Switzerland booking
Booked: 3 - Magnin
Henry seems injured after a battle with Magnin, but play continues as the striker soon receives treatment off the pitch. When the attacks ends, referee Ivanov stuns the Swiss with late yellow card for Magnin, without having whistled for a foul initially. Meanwhile, Henry is ready to continue.

39th minute
Another good chance for France as Henry comes down the left wing, but can't reach Patrick Vieira and tries a shot himself. His attempt is low and slow and is easily controlled by the goalie.

38th minute
Ribery enters the area with only Zuberbühler to beat, but instead, he passes to Henry who is just as surprised as the keeper and his shot hits Patrick Müller's hand. France claim a penalty, but referee Ivanov says it was not intentional.

31st minute
Henry pushes the ball between a defender's legs and passes to Ribery, but the Marseille striker shoots too high.

24th minute
Switzerland almost opened the score as a free kick from Barnetta is very slightly defleated by a Senderos header and hits the right post. In the rebound, Frei manages to shoot the ball over the crossbar from close range.

19th minute
Fabien Barthez has been tested, and passes the test. Tranquillo Barnetta tries a distance shot which goes straight for the goalkeeper, who easily catches.

14th minute
The Swiss defense forgets Patrick Vieira while Zidane takes the corner, and the Juventus player eventually gets the ball but his shot bounces and then goes over.

13th minute
France get a free kick at about 25 meters, after a foul from Magnin on Wiltord. Zidane curves the ball into the area but Wicky clears and gives away a corner.

6th minute
Thierry Henry announces his presence with a header just over the bar, from a Sylvain Wiltord cross.

5th minute
The first dangerous moment is for the Swiss, with an attack that almost reaches the French penalty area but a French defender tackles correctly and ends the attempt.

Kick-off
The match is underway in Stuttgart, and another former World Champion starts its tournament.

Pre-Game
France are ready to begin their World Cup campaign, and pressure will be on Raymond Domenech's shoulders as Les Bleus will want a better result than in 2002, when the French were knocked out of the first round with no goals scored.

Whoever scores the first goal for France this year, nets the first French World Cup goal since Emanuel Petit for 3-0 in the 1998 final against Brazil.

The Swiss return to the highest stage after missing two World Cups, and meet the French again after sharing groups at Euro 2004 and for this World Cup's qualification.
