English clubs had a bitter-sweet night in UEFA Cup action on Thursday as Aston Villa won in Iceland but Manchester City face a tough task to qualify for the first round after a shock loss to FC Midtjyllandat.
thought it'd be an one way game, so didn't bother watching it. Seems like I should have done. City most probably got too much carried away after Milan game. This should serve to ground them. i don't doubt that they'll win on aggregate.
You have good observations Ajax: but I believe these actions of the law against Citeh owner Thaksin occurred after the Milan game: so I'm thinking maybe Man City is in a bit of a daze right now. If they win on aggregate, I guess that means they need to win by 2 goals. So we will see.
Sunday actually, at Aston Villa, Villa favorites for certain.

Don't look now guys, but maybe Denmark are just that good now. Their teams are 15-0-0 so far in Champions League and UEFA Cup this year.
