Adrian Mutu has been ordered by FIFA to pay Chelsea 13.68 million pounds (17.2 million euros) in compensation following his failed drugs test in 2004, the Premier League club announced on Thursday.
In 1991 for exactly the same offence /cocaine/ Maradona was banned for 15 /fifteen/ months. How come 13 years later Mutu penalty is half this of Diego? Are FIFA/UEFA relaxing their antidoping policy? Why all the rhetoric then?

Only losers need to do drugs....he should forfeit all his salary from footballing career.
